A boutique leadership advisory
built for finance.
Your performance got you here. Your leadership determines where you go next.
Gamma was built on a simple belief: Being great at your job, doesn’t automatically prepare you to get the best out of a team at speed and under pressure.
High-performing people are often promoted because they deliver results, build strong relationships and exercise sound judgment. But promotion changes the job.
Leadership requires a different set of capabilities. Success is no longer measured by your own performance, but by the performance you enable in others.
HOW WE WORK WITH LEADERSOur approach views leadership through three lenses.
LEAD YOURSELFLeadership starts with you.
The transition into leadership is one of the biggest shifts in a career. Through executive coaching, we help leaders build the judgment and self-awareness needed to lead with credibility under pressure.

EXECUTIVE COACHINGABOUT GAMMA LEADERSHIPBuilt in financial markets. Refined in leadership development.
I spent 15 years in sales and trading, beginning my career at Goldman Sachs in London, where I started in a secretarial role before being promoted into the front office. It was an environment where performance was measured daily, trust had to be built quickly, and leadership mattered most when the pressure was highest.
The more successful I became, the more I realized that the skills that drove my individual success were not the same skills required to lead others. Leadership demands something different. Success is no longer measured by what you achieve yourself, but by what you enable in others.
That realization led me into leadership development. Over the past decade, I’ve coached senior leaders, worked with teams, and helped people navigate the challenges that come with greater responsibility. Along the way, I co-founded EQUALibrium and taught facilitation at Columbia University.
Today, Gamma brings those two worlds together: firsthand experience in financial markets and a decade of leadership coaching and development.
